General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between the customer and BRANKO VITASOVIĆ, obrt za obalni prijevoz putnika, vl. Nataša Mataija (hereinafter: Fazana Tours) regarding boat excursions, private tours, and boat rental services.

1. Subject of the Contract

Fazana Tours provides boat excursions, dolphin watching tours, group and private tours, and boat rental services. By completing a booking through our website or in person, the customer enters into a direct contractual relationship with Fazana Tours.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once the customer receives an email confirmation and/or a booking voucher. For online payments, we use secure processing via Stripe.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Excursions: Full refund is provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
• Last-Minute: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, or "no-shows," are not eligible for a refund.
• Private Tours & Rentals: Special terms may apply as stated during the booking process.

4. Weather Conditions & Safety

The safety of our passengers is our top priority. The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to poor weather conditions or other safety concerns. In the event of a cancellation by Fazana Tours due to weather, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Liability

Fazana Tours maintains all necessary insurance and permits required by Croatian law. Passengers are required to follow the captain's instructions at all times. Fazana Tours is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Pula.
